Why Dating in New York is dangerous
Remember, statutory rape is not only a crime, it is _impossible_ for a minor to consent. At least, that's what I learned in CrimLaw.

Even if you can't directly answer....
I meet a girl. I see her show an ID and get a drink. She talks about a school... etc. I get busted for statutory rape. I'm now on the "List" with the rest of the playground stalkers.
The question I have is can I then turn around and sue her for fraud? Emotional distress?
