Powerbook g4: a few thousand dollars.
JVC cam corder: a few hundred dollars.
Wireless ethernet: a few dollars.
A half hour videoconference with Chris-San in his flat in Tokyo, while I'm in my apartment in Manhattan?

Priceless.
