He got to my apartment at 5:30, and I got home by 5:45. Hope that's not too bad. Sorry, old socks.
Chris and I went around downtown, not even bothering to leave my neighborhood - he had jet lag, and my day ground me to dust. A drink at Mooza's outdoor garden, where the pretty bartender may have said hello to me, but I was busy being too burnt to notice. Sorry, bartender.
We talked about things like why Virgin Atlantic is better than Delta, why Virgins are better than Delta and why we must find ourselves a virgin. Ok, maybe not that last bit, but Chris is one of those supremely funny people that are sometimes referred to as "British" which worked out nicely for me, as I'm not.
Dinner was at 7a, where Chris and I sat and drooled at the passers by, the wait staff, the patrons, and eventually, our respective dinners.
Afterwards, it was off to Tribe (actually pronounced Tree-bay... bet you didn't know that... mostly because it's not true) where we met up with EthanDakota and Dakota's boyfriend Kevin (the greatest-guy-I've-met-lately(TM)). Drinks were had (not many by me, I've got stuff to do with my life) introductions made, people were impressed, and eventually we left when we decided that it's possible that the reason very attractive women were sitting at the bar by themselves and not being bothered by the large number of attractive men hanging out in the bar was that indeed, Tribe now has a gay night. I'm not sure if this is actually correct or not, but it seemed that way from my seat.

Kevin is a hell of a guy
So, now it's time to ask for your suggestions. July 4 is tomorrow, and Chris-san and I have nothing to do. In fact, we have nothing to do for his entire visit. We need more suggestions, he's here until Saturday morning.
